Pros

Best possible career considering my location (fort stockton tx) and the fact that I only have a BA in psychology. I have a lot of resources for any help I need doing my job and I currently work alone (which I like) except for once or twice a month when we have clinic days.

Cons

I am expected to wear a lot of hats, I have a lot of duties, not a lot of training, management is not great, Not that great of pay for all of the work.
