Not fun place

Pros

they pay your insurance, great PTO system and Retirement.

Cons

You are not valued. Do not care about clients, only want to bill to make money. Some fraud going on but make you stay silent. If you want to make a difference, they will stop you. They do not fire people but will make you want to quit. Pretty miserable place to work especially in the IDD side.

Good people, great clients, supportive management. Flexible schedules and friendly work environment.

Cons

Pay is not in keeping with Permian Basin cost of living. Sometimes seemed disorganized.

Pros

the clients trying to get clean and sober and talking with them and encouraging them to help themselves.

Cons

management doesn't value employees at the Turning Point facility. I understand it a business BUT helping the clients is not what it is about with them, the bottom dollar is. The turnover rate for employees, clients and counselors is ridiculous.
