Pros

The Specialist, and Supervisors really care about the kids they provide service too. And they are really knowledgeable in the program. And I noticed they have room for growth within the organization.

Cons

To be honest the only con I can think about was going to clients house to provide service to them, some of the clients house were flitty, and no matter what the specialist has to go to the clients place of choice.
