Pros

Company is filled with brilliant people who are passionate about our product, our clients, and our teammates. Re: the sales team specifically: - The team shows up motivated every day. Highly collaborative and willing to help one another. - Management pushes us hard, but also stresses the importance of bringing "fun" to our day-to-day. Creates a healthy balance for the team. - Lots of wins across the board keeps the team engaged and competitive (in a healthy way). - Team events (i.e. Sales Kick Off), and manager/employee relationships bring high levels of engagement, buy-in, and coaching moments.

Cons

Very high bar for performance. Feels like there is very little room for error or "forgiveness" at times. Like any start-up, processes are still being built in real time. Team is scaling fast so things change rapidly.

Pros

Work from home Stipend Good people on your actual team

Cons

CEO and the rest of the leadership team is super elitist and it reflects on their hiring practices and how they’ve let people go who have met expectations. Never seen moral drop so fast as this past year. Anyone whose saying not everyone can handle the fast paced environment of a start up is pretty mute cause most people who’ve worked here have already had start up experience

Pros

The new sales leadership has completely turned things around. Before, it felt like we were constantly getting in our own way more focused on rigid processes than actually closing deals, with little internal support for the sales team. Now, we’re finally listening to both our customers and our reps. The culture shift is real. There's momentum again, and people are fired up to win individually and as a team. Leadership is hands-on, direct, and committed to making everyone better. Collaboration has leveled up. AEs and SDRs are finally working as one unit instead of separate islands.

Cons

Change always comes with a learning curve. If you’re resistant to feedback or slow to adapt, this pace might overwhelm you. Still early days some processes are being built as we go, which can feel chaotic at times.
