Cons

Not fair to employees. it seems like they’re never fully appreciative of all the hard work. And honestly, all the 5-star reviews come across like leadership might be trying to put a positive spin on things instead of addressing major real concerns the company has

- Everyone is very team focused, I never feel like I can't ask a question or that my questions go unanswered - New ideas are heard, and implemented which is very appreciated - Even though it is a remote company, we have regular team building meetings and a yearly offsite that makes it feel like we are an actual community

Cons

- Onboarding was a little difficult, but this will get better as time goes on and more standard practices are adopted. Even with it being difficult at first, I was always able to get help with anything I needed to know
