      excellent benefit costs, great people

      Pros

      Having worked at other local firms, the out of pocket costs for benefits are surprisingly low and the RX coverage is outstanding. It's a global company so your work can have a wide impact but not so large that it takes forever to get a decision. The quality of the people working here is outstanding.

      Cons

      location...it's 10 miles off the highway that goes to either Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo so having a selection of Audible books to listen to during the commute is helpful.

      Pros

      Most of the employees on the floor are good people that work hard and are like family.

      Cons

      Management does not know how to talk to their employees, very disrespectful. Mandatory overtime told the day before making it hard to have have a balanced work/life.
