You need to get out within 3 years. Either a different department or different company. You get treated worse every year and get less and less respect.

Management seems to care and there is good communication from the top down. The benefits are great and there is a good work/ life balance at this level.

Cons

Too much nepotism when trying to move up for higher levels. College degrees aren't valued as much unless the company pays for it through their tuition reimbursement program.
