''Omega'' used to be a brilliant, innovative company to work for Great MD, people, community spirit. Good communication & you felt valued Since Perrigo acquisition, Omega is now experiencing a mass exodus of employees as the culture has rapidly changed. Senior management brought in do not share the same values or vision, and as a result people are choosing to leave as they feel disengaged, demotivated and no longer valued. Communication is at an all time low. Perhaps it will change in the future, but the people who actually built up ''Omega'' and the success of it will no longer be there.

Hard to advance, pay too low, still has good old boys club for the executives. Also increased amount of VPs while eliminating the actual workers
