      Pros

      Great company overall, management varies on dept/location. Good wages and benefits, low cost of living in southwest michigan. Exec & Upper management are very good, middle management varies greatly. Very strong, stable company.

      Cons

      Changing priorities, somewhat resource constrained (some co-workers don't hold their own). A lot of the experience you have is based on what department/team/location you operate in.

      Pros

      Was a growing company always looking to find whats next

      Cons

      Did not move people in house was always looking to add from other sources, which meant never maintain current bench strength. Upper management was in the details to much, their pay was way over the next levels pay 10x plus.
