      Pros

      Growing company. Good business model. CEO with aggressive goals and a growth mentality...and a successful 5 year track record to back it up. Many opportunities for advancement. Except for a few select members, the executive leadership team is strong and has the company headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      On occasion, still operates under a "small company" mentality when making large decisions.

      Pros

      i learned....this was the worst job i have ever had..............it was so demeaning and management allowed it.

      Cons

      unfair labor practices,management, OSHA does not apply to them, not very friendly, beware i was treated very unfairly.

      Pros

      Fairly secure company during insecure times. Good work life balance and can provide opportunities for upward movement. Reasonable pay scales with regular annual raises.

      Cons

      Fairly secure company during insecure times...company has some old world managers that have difficulty adapting to change. Bureaucracy and Politics can be regular occurrences and can prove to be road blocks.
