Pros

Good HR, Always helpful and easy to approach to. Good working environment. Being able to flex your schedule is very helpful. You don't need to take time off just to see your doctor, etc. Good benefits

Cons

Too much emphasis is given towards how much experience one has rather how efficient someone is. Some senior level employee doesn't contribute enough. They would point out the bad alright but would not help out to improve new employees
