Always has had high turnover 🚩 No transparency Clear favouritism for those who are willing to “work hard” = bend over backwards for a company that does not truly value them Lack of care and compassion for a healthcare company… Lack of clear ways of working and support Not diverse at all No medical insurance unless you’re at a certain band level (disgusting) again this is a HEALTHCARE company.
