Good pay and benefits for how simple the work is. 401k match with profit sharing. Health, dental, vision and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Heavy documentation as it is FDA regulated, Too many slip-ups with paperwork mistakes or severe mistakes make it very easy to be fired. Little room for improvement as there is little opportunity for growth and movement.
