      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Workload was never over the top or more than an individual could handle. Friendly atmosphere, great ethical values, great employee health benefits.

      Cons

      Poor employee compensation (salary). Limited opportunities for advancement. Depending on the position, work can become very stale and boring - not a lot of opportunity for job variety within departments. Basic information which can be useful to all is under restriction, and a request for access (referral) is needed to access the information.

      Pros

      Great place for advancement and future. OK salary, but can improve. Great benefits. Unfortunately, that's all that I can say.

      Cons

      No support from human resources. The training for certain positions are a waste. No consistency. A lot of criticism and pressure from management when in need of things to get done at last minute

      There is definetly room to grow here as long as you're motivated.

      You can keep growing here but can only go up to a certain point without a degree.
