Nicest workforce/department I've ever been a part of. Workload is manageable if you're naturally productive. Lots of benefits and they care about employee wellbeing.

Cons

Lack of career progression. This is not necessarily a bad thing if you are happy doing the basic 9-5 and taking home a reasonable paycheck. However, if you are keenly ambitious you may be disappointed as progress is often slow and uncertain.

Decent pay with regular hours. Opportunities for career advancement are usually strong.

Cons

Forced return to office has brought morale so low. We were told to return to office 3 days to build collaboration. Now they’ve backtracked and forced only certain people back to office while others can stay home. Clearly it was not about collaboration.
