Pay could be better for full time employees in certain departments

If you're not lucky, you can end up on a bad "team", meaning there is no teamwork and though you all share part of the "bonus pool", some are likely to not be team players when you run into issues. Some sections have better Project Managers than others. Lack of foundation. Lack of training. Lack of leadership. It's more management. Just because there's good Project Managers doesn't mean they're good "Leaders". Leadership is a trait that many lack.
