Smart and accessible leadership, appreciate their employees, pay is competitive and so are benefits, FREE lunch everyday you’re in the office from real restaurants, Mondays remote, really focused on growth and quality

Cons

Going back to the office 4 days a week and old school “professional attire, no tattoos” stuff from the 90s

Good training, Quality product and better than average construction managers, good pay

Cons

Have to share a model home with another salesperson most of the time. Very demanding job and if successful hard to shut down and detach from work on off days.

Pros

Everyone helps each other accomplish our goals. Communication is excellent. Goals and deadlines are made clear. Amazing PTO and health benefits compared to other companies.

Cons

The pay could be better for the administrative side. But the benefits outweigh this con.
