You learn everyday home development processes and tips from the actual trades working on the homes. Not your construction peers.

Cons

Most individuals in the field are in it for themselves. Not much development or true leadership in the field. Bonuses are NOT positive monthly and actually have a negative affect on your earnings due to factors not under your control. So you don't earn anything from completing everything that is asked of you.
