Pros

Money can be made if you are lucky enough to be in a high volume area because you make your bread off bonus.

Cons

If you aren't fortunate enough to be in a high volume area, then the pay isint worth it for the hours and whats asked of you compared to other builders.

Pros

I have been with Perry for a few years now and have seen it grow and improve for the better. The passion the company has for helping the community and its employees is incredible. It's also nice to have the good perks like free lunch or Food Truck/Pizza Friday.

Cons

Like any company, there is room for improvement. I can't think of anything that would be a huge deal breaker and not make me want to work for a company like Perry Homes.

Pros

Better pay for the industry.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Mid level management is very disconnected. Hierarchy oriented culture within GO, very transparent about lack of respect for lower level employees. Development of employees is not encouraged.
