      Good company to start career

      Pros

      - Through out my tenure good work - Flexibility in choosing work if you are good at it - Got good scope to grow technically - I enjoyed the initial 3-4 years at Persistent

      Cons

      - Too many managers - Many of the technically sound people already left the company - Company culture and flexibility to work have changed a lot in past 7-8 years and its now less flexible for the employees - Not very good compensation

      Pros

      You will get option to change project if you are bored with current project, you can decide whether you want PF facility or not. You will have work-life balance as it is 9-6 job which is not true for many companies.

      Cons

      Work culture was very bad at that time (not sure how it is now). Even if you apply for leave, PM will think you are going for interview outside. They lie a lot to clients. There is no fun. Client is like God, even if they do mistakes. There is no way you can have debates with client, though it is good for the project.
