Writing about this one particular leader. It was like working under someone who loves to play divide and rule. One example, this leader tried to put down the only other leader besides him by saying he's young and aggressive and immature and hence you can refuse to be part of his team. Trust me the other guy is a gem who loves the process and is well knowledgeable. Healthy competition is appreciated but bad mouthing and that too by a leader infront of his team and calling himself superior. They have no coordination amongst themselves. This particular leader who has been referred to uses tactics like Threatening as if the employees or victims are fresher and dumb enough to not understand his cunningness. Threatens to delete a personal WhatsApp group of trainees stating the seniors don't like it ( everyone he's threatened knows that it's a big load of crap but just for age related respect because we Indians decided to not revert and this damn guy thinks everyone believes that a company can stop you from connecting with each other on WhatsApp, chat history is still intact and the personal group has nothing bad about anyone or the organisation. Just a group of colleagues communicating with each other, trying to bond as a team by sharing jokes ) just because he is insecure and Most of the female employees are not comfortable working under him but dunno why they chose to remain silent and just let go. I guess coz they simply want no mess and doesn't believe in creating a better world but rather be mere pawns and spectators but don't wanna be apart of a mess like this. The process is brilliant and amazing and so is the client. It's this one particular womanizer, oversmart man ruining the vibe. The pay is really low but with the advantage of fixed shifts and offs it does make up for it.
