The Manager's favorite ppl are always at the top of monthly stack no matter their data is in RED In case anyone wants to know about how the stack rankings are calculated, they are told that the formulae is a highly classified info and can't be shared. During Covid, HR was calling infected employees and assuring them of all possible support but the finance team was blocking salaries. On their joining letter they say that in case a person does not join work fir 14 days without any info then their employment gets terminated. In reality, if u r unable to report to work for 1 day and due to some exigency you r unable to inform as well, then u will be fired stating that u r absconding. Mark my words, 1 day, not even 3 days. A very bad place to work specially for ladies as they are continuously harassed by multiple men of higher authority. Not everyone can speak up as some really need the job. If u r your Manager's favorite then u can keep toggling and hardly do any work day after day and get away with it, while others slog and slog and slog some more. In this WFH era, IT will provide u faulty and old equipments on the first place but when u report it to them they will for sure put the blame on you and even charge u for it. the HR threatens you by saying that they will give a very bad feedback ( future BGV) in case the employee decides to quit and join a different organization.
