Pros
Small environment, with small IT team involved in day to day running of the business. Diverse technology range to gain experience
Cons
No room for growth. Company seems to be run without a set direction Petcarerx is very immature in it's policies around employees well being IT department is too tactical with no real future plans Company is still being run like a mom and pop operation Need to improve vacation policies as well as make compensation up to par with industry standard. Company seems to be positioning itself for a takeover from their competitors like Petco whom are larger and more operationally efficient.
