Pros

- Fluid, fast pace culture provides room for growth and opportunities to learn - Highly skilled and knowledgeable employee base - Strong leadership with a unique long term vision, acutely focused on driving employee and shareholder value

Cons

- Company strives for perfection in everything they do but only have a limited pool of resources to complete each task. Employees must be able to effectively manage stress during high volume periods in order to be successful.

Toxic and corrupt!

Business Outlook

Pros

The only pro is that they are pet friendly.

Cons

If you value ethics, transparency, and respect in the workplace, this is not the company for you. Leadership fosters a culture of corruption and favoritism, where advancement depends on who you know—not what you contribute. Legitimate concerns about unethical practices are met with hush money or retaliation, rather than accountability. Employees have been terminated without clear cause, creating an environment of fear instead of trust. Nepotism is rampant, and decisions are made based on personal relationships, not qualifications or merit. There is little to no effort to value or respect employees, and morale suffers as a result. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a healthy, fair, and ethical workplace, look elsewhere.

Pros

It is hard to find any. If you are graced with good staff and a fun team that’s a plus, but expect nothing but chaos and micromanagement from corporate

Cons

All of it,: Literally the worst company I have ever worked for. Company policies seem to change every few weeks along with corporate restructuring. They elected to close 100+ wellness centers before the holidays this year, while recording record profits, so that tells you about the ethics. Corporate decided the hospitals can’t order for themselves so welcome to running out of commonly used items (vaccines!) on a daily basis. As a doctor, we were eligible to bonus but could not access the system that tracked our bonuses, nor were we told what the bonus was actually based on. Very hard to achieve mystery bonus targets. Promised salary reviews never occur. You won’t be able to keep the good staff you have because of the pay and how they’re treated. Oh yes, and they change pricing every few months…. Because that’s not confusing to clients. Benefits get worse every year.
