      Pros

      Great environment with some of the best customers in any retail setting. Working with animals is always a plus and there are numerous services that keep managing a shift engaging. The different needs of each service 'department' add much needed variance to a role that would otherwise be routine to a degree of monotony.

      Cons

      The entire company is cutting labor at an alarming rate. District and regional management are actively encouraging store leaders to save labor losses from services by under staffing the core of the stores (cashier's, stocking teams and pet care specialists) and these departments are already given less hours then required before they are the proverbial "peter to Paul".
