      To much Management favoritism. Poor on the job training. Lack of following policies completely (returns mainly)

      The company is a great company to work for. They have a passion for pets and their families. If you are willing to learn they will teach you all departments.

      Can be short staffed at times

      Pets are cool Cats Pay is pretty good

      Cons

      Workload is too big for the amount of staff/ hours. Lots of drama. Unrealistic expectations from management Group chat with management that leads to dealing with work at home
