      Pros

      very accepting and positive atmosphere, room to grow.

      Cons

      terrible pay, work force hours being cut in half but expect more, resources for procedures suck. POG are designed poorly do not accurately represent product and display sizes. required to used manual pump truck to lift over 2000lbs skids by yourself off the truck, because there are not enough hours for assistance and won't pay for automatic pump trucks.

      Bonuses, paid time off, benefits

      Cons

      Terrible discount, excessive pressure. Company DOES NOT care about it's associates and it shows. They do everything they can to ensure you don't get bonuses, including changing sales plans last minute. If you do well they pile more on. Communication between stores and office is beyond terrible. Nothing is straight forward and you never get a reply until a base email has been passed around to 3-5 different people.
