Pros

Very focused on customer service.

Cons

Often times didn't have much to do as a cashier and it looked bad with management.

Pros

Was able to make a difference with customers. Gained insight into how Petsmart as a whole functions.

Cons

Hours were not right often (too few, too many, schedule during nonavailability). Training manual was outdated; as was a lot of equipment and supplies. Heath and dental insurance was useless, didn't even cover preventive exams (physical, well woman, etc.).

Pros

Working with dogs, watching them and their owners learn.

Cons

Sales driven. Management had little concern with quality. I witnessed several examples of animal abuse in the Pet Hotel that management knew about but never actioned.
