      For the most part the people that work at Petsmart are friendly personable people as well as the people that shop there

      Cons

      I was pretty much treated like a pallet jack and was given little recognition for anything positive I did for the company

      Pros

      -Love helping customers find the right pet for them/ solving their problems. -Good starting hourly pay. - All my associates were very very very nice and all the other managers. -Always a lot to do.

      Cons

      -Store manager is horrible. Outside hire and knows NOTHING about pets. -Huge hypocrite. -Its more about selling the animals that are worth the most money to anyone that walks in and wants it. Its not about the animals then its just about the money and thats not right. -Very stressful and fast passed environment. -No matter how hard you work and how much you sell it won't ever be enough. -Managers really don't care about you or if you're doing a good job you'll only hear from them if you mess up or they want you to sell more training classes.
