      First job, great experience, dog groomer bather/brusher

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the people I worked with and it was my first job ever. They were extremely flexible to my schedule in college and I had a lot of fun at dog grooming because of the team I had in the Salon.

      Cons

      Not really that many, was sometimes hard with certain dog owners and not being able to make them happy. Plus, having a difficult or stressed out dog can be hard too, but with experience you can handle it better.

      Started off great but last 2 years not good place to work.

      Pros

      Great staff, great pets, some good management, good clean stores great customers was great until the last 2 years then too much micro managing and not being set up for sucess, less staff to get the job done well while the bar was being raised to do more.

      Cons

      Due to the new demands of upper management, store managers style of managing regressed to bulling staff, favourtizim, right of entitlement work style, throwing staff under the bus, not being able to do a good job. A lot of good staff keep quiting while no on deals with the BULLING issue.

      Pros

      Get to work with the animals, clean their cages, play with them a little.

      Cons

      Little kids wanting to hold the animals, get the exact goldfish they want out of the giant cage, oh, and you get to clean and handle the crickets.
