Compensation isn't the greatest. Lower management does not make enough money to compensate for all the crap they put up with.

------------------------------ -Too many employees/managers at my location -Hours of work varies. If there are too many workers, not enough hours. It is up to the manager making the schedule. It can be bias. -On job injuries from animals are based on customer discretion of their animal (ex. If a customer says their dog is friendly and it bites you, the customer's only liability would be using Banfield to check for rabies or immediately leaving the store. You cannot have the animal taken away or put down even if it is considered a threat towards other people and yourself. Otherwise, pet animals at your own risk.) -If you plan on advancing to a management position, be prepared to transfer stores ------------------------------
