      You get a great opportunity to play with other peoples dogs.

      Cons

      You only get words that you will get moved up but it probably wont happen, and you wont get a raise either when it does.

      discounts, periodic employee discounts on merchaandise

      Cons

      push nail trim, ear packages and upselling too much. You were constantly expected to up sell. Managers received bonuses based on the staff's sales numbers.

      A roller coaster that you cant control

      Pros

      The animals and genuine people who tried to help them, the customers who look to Petsmart for their pet needs. and many of the associates who genuinely care.

      Cons

      A training program that is only what it says on paper but is not done in actuality. Its a Joke. . Company says one thing and does another. Way too many programs to learn at once and not reasonable considering the expectations for the time given. a deluge of yes- men around every corner seeking to establish themselves for a brief sense of notoriety .
