The management team is horrible. I was promoted to the second lowest rank manager after 5 years of working there and even then they had questions about promoting me. Most of the Store and Operation Managers are morons and don't know what they're doing. My Store Manager never left the office for his 10 hour shifts. Nobody in the store liked that. Favoritism is very big there. People talk about you behind your back and you have to pretty much be a female dog to get somewhere in that company. District Managers and anything higher up than that is also horrificly horrible. Whenever I had a problem, no one ever helped. Worst company ever,

slow days suck. management are a joke. working with management that always points the finger at someone else instead of "manning up" no backup when confronted with a customer complaint from management. customers bullying for free service. management that gives into bullying customers so they don't have to really deal.
