      Pros

      -Great Environment, all leashed pets welcome. -Great people! -Great discount 20% on 3rd Party Brands, 25% on Private Brands. -Great training. -Most competent staff of any pet store. -Extremely dedicated staff. -Promotions are from within and rather rapid. -Adoption first philosophy! -Paid breaks (1 Ten minute for every 3.5 hours you work)

      Cons

      -Lack of hours. -Lack of direction. -Lack of recognition. -Store layouts are a little odd. -Planograms are VERY hard to follow, especially if you are not dealing with an empty gondola.

      Pros

      Decent pay and schedule, typical for a retail environment. Company cares about the animals they care in the stores more than they do anything else.

      Cons

      District managers rule by scare tactics but have no real ideas of their own to help or promote the business. Surveys are given the most importance, but many of the results are false. High scores are ignored and praise is given to the districts with the highest scores.

      Pros

      It's a good place if you really love animals. Also if you have lots of tattoos, piercings, it's not held against you. Petsmart won't even hire someone with piercings.

      Cons

      Lousy money, no communication between corporate and store.Never enough staff.
