Pros
At my location, everyone gets along without a doubt! Its a never ending learning job and I enjoy it here. I would have to say the people I work with are like family and we watch out for one another. The GM and team leads are very VERY nice and easy to talk to.
Cons
I think that the people who do work for Petco and know a lot about the animals are getting under paid. I personally think that if you want the hard working and the ones that really know what they are talking about should be getting paid a bit more. Really, they are considered valuable employees that you know YOU want to represent the company. Think about it.
