Pros
A decent pay with decent benefits. Variety in things to learn but not much after that, Not hard to learn or master. Shifts can be enjoyable with other people. Franchise is better than corporate. Good stepping stone for better opportunities.
Cons
Decent pay comes with 50+ hours with no added overtime, vacation time isn't that great, kiss your weekends goodbye and don't expect to join your family when they gather, no incentive to do better as raises are minimal and promotions are even less abundant
