The management is great, they really listen to the nurses input. Great team work in the hospital, you are treated like family. If you come with ideas, management will listen to them and usually put them into practice.

Cons

Low census, so sometimes you dont make your 36 hours each week.

Peterson Health is an amazing place to work! Beautiful facility, friendly and compassionate staff, physician and volunteers, forward thinking administration and a Top 20 Rural Community Hospital. All of this nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with quick and easy access to the big cities of Austin and San Antonio.

Cons

None that I can think of. Peterson is on a Quality/Baldrige journey and actively strives to support the best outcomes of both staff and patients.
