Excellent benefits, good salary, promotions, career progression encouraged and supported.

Cons

Small town hospital. Coming in from outside is hard because everybody knows everybody but no one knows you. Lots of nepotism within the hospital system as a whole.

Cons

Management doesn't care about any of your concerns. I continue to see a pattern of consistent turnover especially the employees that attempt to defend themselves. Your on an island by yourself with minimal support from coworkers and no support from management.
