Extremely micro managing site director, who dictates everything from floor sweepers to HR decisions, devaluing and demeaning employees in front of peers, favoritism runs rampid by sit director only inviting select employees to outside company activities, no support from managers to ensure success.

- People on the team are great. Friendly and helpful. - Great deals on vitamins, but you can only buy so much.

Cons

- Archaic processes. Too much manual input, especially in reporting. Need to update system. - Lack of standardized processes. - Lack of management support. - Lack of ownership. People tend to CYA and put the blame else where. - It's scary when Management refuses to listen to it's sales force. They have great input.
