      Plethora of reasons why should RUN for the hills...San Fernando Site

      Pros

      If there was an option to give this company a zero star rating I would. If there were any pros then this company wouldn't have such a high turn over rate.

      Cons

      San Fernando site is filled with incompetent management (lack interpersonal skills and with ZERO scientific/technical capabilities). San Fernando HR is equally as bad as the managers. HR puts a blind eye to all the issues raised in good faith. Due to HR inadequacies, laboratory employees must endure a hostile work environment (verbal harassment, bullying, discrimination, and unfairness). If you DON'T care about the following: Integrity Science based work (and there isn't much science going on in this company) Career growth Transparency Competent leadership (leadership that leads by example) Dignity and self respect THEN this is the company for YOU! otherwise Run for the hills.

      Good location, generally good products in an important industry.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional staff and employees. No accountability nor any ethical behavior. People at this company are not motivated nor skilled in their fields and backgrounds. I would not waste your time here.

      Pros

      Well positioned in their market sector and growing. Recent additions of some very bright people that want to take the company to the next level.

      Cons

      Sr. Management not invested in the development or career growth of the employees. HR management team seem to rule by intimidation, especially at the San Fernando facility. They are very egocentric, narcissistic, and lack any compassion for the employees...very disappointing.
