decent compensation and work hours. Safe place to work if you are a "yes man" and don't care much about long term productivity

The Japanese parent company, Otsuka, ultimately calls all the shots and has no interest in understanding the US market. Time is spent spinning the story rather than sharing the facts and growing the business. Morale is low and employees do not feel empowered
