      I worked there for nearly a year as a temp assignment through a placement agency

      Pros

      I was a temp and they were paying me $25.86 per hr. I worked in supply chain - production planning and packaging. I would have loved them to hire me. I especially loved my supervisor - packaging manager. The supply planning manager was also a really cool, down to earth guy.

      Cons

      To be honest, the people I did work with, I found very helpful. I can't speak for the whole company of course, only the people in packaging and supply planning.

      You get a regular paycheck.

      Cons

      Extremely micro managing site director, who dictates everything from floor sweepers to HR decisions, devaluing and demeaning employees in front of peers, favoritism runs rampid by sit director only inviting select employees to outside company activities, no support from managers to ensure success.
