Accepted my position with Pharmavite for their culture. The Company cares about it's employees, great opportunities for career advancement (tuition assistance) and overall great environment.

Cons

continue to build on employee programs in process. Getting employees involved more and continue to be transparent involving employees in the company updates.

- People on the team are great. Friendly and helpful. - Great deals on vitamins, but you can only buy so much.

Cons

- Archaic processes. Too much manual input, especially in reporting. Need to update system. - Lack of standardized processes. - Lack of management support. - Lack of ownership. People tend to CYA and put the blame else where. - It's scary when Management refuses to listen to it's sales force. They have great input.
