      Pros

      If you want to learn more about the vitamin industry and then move on to a different company, this company would be a great place to learn what not to do. Compensation is above average.

      Cons

      Non-supportive work environment No feedback or affirmation about job performance Very political, once an incompetent director or vice president is hired, they are there for life no matter how little they know or lack of leadership skills they have. So many people looking for new jobs and very unhappy. Very sterile work environment, no life in the cubicles.

      Free coffee, lots of free lunches for marketing people

      Cons

      This is not a place anyone should ever consider working at. You'll spend your time in meetings and doing product spreadsheets and you can't make a decisions without having at least 8 people weigh in and then you get the blame if things go wrong. I made the wrong decision to work here from school and because of the hours I put in I lost my boyfriend of 3 years and found that I had no time to have a life. Even when I took vacation I was bothered by emails and phone calls. I would get in at 8AM and not leave until 7 or 8 at night and it was really affecting me as a person and woman. The other aspect of their organization is the fact that so many functional areas overlap it's hard to know who the hell does what and why.
