      Not a place to feel good about coming to work!

      Pros

      Pay for some jobs is good. Benefits are average. Great discount on vitamins.

      Cons

      Company does not value their employees. Micro-managing site director where intimidation is the norm. Lowest morale among employees I have witnessed anywhere in my lifetime. Turnover is extremely high and many are looking for other opportunities. Manning extremely low on second and third shift. Many temporary workers are used then let go so no incentive to really care. A few do get offered.

      Good growing business; some executives need to go

      Pros

      Business has been good; bonuses are paid at the end of each year. That makes for fairly upbeat employees, and no concern with layoffs.

      Cons

      Some senior executives and some of the Human Resouces leadership need to be let go. Several have controlling personalities and do not treat employees with a sense of dignity. A culture of mistrust and an undercurrent of fear has surfaced.
