Since starting at PHV , I have learn so much about the process of recruitment, being a business partner to the departments I service. I enjoy working at PHV because of the team and the various departments I work with, the inclusiveness and the heart felt feeling of the team wanting to be successful in bringing in the right talent, the right way. PHV makes my work life a great balance between family and career. The concern with my day to day, week to week is so refreshing. I wake up each morning with a fresh burst of energy to do the Good Work I am encourage to do for the organization. I am so Proud to work at Pharmavite makers of Nature Made!!!

Hybrid would like to see that change to 2 days in office 3 days remote.

Pharmavite is in max capacity growth mode in an industry that also continues to grow decade after decade. As health care becomes more expensive, consumers continue to look to this industry to aid in their wellness journey. 5 years ago when our dynamic CEO came on board, he made it clear that we would have to think differently and act differently if we were going to thrive. We were coasting before that, but if you are coasting, you are going downhill. He changed our executive leadership team for the better and set the stage for profitable growth going forward. Innovation is now forefront on our mind. We have not ignored organic growth, and we were able to grow our business during the challenges of COVID 19 and supply chain challenges. For people looking to join us, Pharmavite has competitive pay, unparalleled benefits, a bonus plan at every single level in the organization, and for those who want it, a free college education. There are multiple leadership and personal development programs available.

Cons

Pharmavite is a medium sized corporation owned by a mega corporation, and sometimes decisions can take a long time as work through layers in a matrix organization. We aren't a hipster start up...though jeans and sneakers are always on point.

-Wonderful people to work with. Everyone is kind and understanding. Team members are patient showing new folks the ropes and there are plenty of experienced individuals to help you in almost every role in the company. -Opportunities for various rotations throughout the organization if you'd like to try something different. -Culture of striving towards organizational excellence exists at all of the company's sites. Many dedicated teams/departments/individuals working towards improving for the short and long term.

Cons

-Hierarchical structure funnels larger decisions up to one person, leading to many instances of waiting for decisions to be made before action can be taken. -Organization is meeting dependent for quite a few decisions/actions to take place, there is quite a lead time for an idea to be generated into action and executed upon.
