I truly love working for Pharmavite! I work in Talent Acquisition as a recruiting coordinator who supports our recruiters hiring for our California Operations positions. The environment is so incredibly supportive! During our TA meetings, we use the first part to shout out our team members for the contributions they made that we are grateful for. I have never experienced this in any other company! The environment is one that values collaboration and input, regardless of what position each team member holds. From my first day, I was asked to contribute to all parts of our processes and I felt comfortable enough to offer insight because it was so welcomed. The company provides wonderful benefits and a great work-life balance. Pharmavite truly lives its purpose of brining the gift of health to life. I am so thankful to work here!

Pros

There is a focus on employee wellness. This includes benefits, fun programs, reward systems, etc. I also enjoy the attitude of the office. People are very friendly and quick to say "hello".

Cons

The company is going through a growth spurt. If you are looking for a corporate role and not comfortable with being flexible and open to trying new operations, this wouldn't be the place for you.
