Good structure in place that promotes effective work environment. Great managers that serve employee needs rather than barking orders. Growing company with lots of opportunities. Great products that are offered to employees for free on a monthly basis.

Has mandated return to office as part of hybrid schedule, where most jobs can be fulfilled remotely.
