We have been in the midst of a transformation since 2018. Since that time, we’ve made significant progress in our change agenda, including accelerating our innovation process, launching new digital businesses and brands, and improving our commercialization capabilities. At the same time, we acknowledge that transformation is not for everyone and we encourage our employees to speak with their managers to help them get the support they need.

      Good Conditions Poor Management

      It's pretty clean and climate controlled. We don't have to rotate.

      Cons

      Management makes quick decisions based on poor or incomplete information. Some managers are not qualified to be managers but they're good at faking it.
