Finally found what I was looking for with Pharmavite! It is a company that is truly driven by its purpose and lives its values - both of which inspire employees to do the same. Some major pros are: -Culture: Collaborative, creative and generally kind. A good group of individuals focused on bringing the gift of health to life. -Total Benefits: As others have mentioned, healthcare and other benefits start from day one. Compensation is competitive and regularly evaluated against the market. Wellness program is designed to keep total wellness at the forefront. -The Work: Reasonably challenging and engaging. -Growth: Company is growing and leadership has a strong, clear vision. Besides the company's growth, leadership is also invested in individuals' growth which is reflected in the many educational opportunities and programs provided.

The Culture: values driven, authentic, caring people with an innovative, growth mindset and the stability of 50 years of scientific integrity. The Benefits-Total Rewards: medical benefits start day 1, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, 401K match and wellness program and free vitamins. Work environment: hybrid schedule, good work life balance (co-workers respect w/ends and PTO as personal time), new corporate office with open/collaborative workspace with the focus on health and wellness (yoga room and gym on campus). Leadership: approachable and communicative with monthly, all employee Town Halls. Training and Development: Fantastic new hire onboarding program "Embark", regular health & wellness webinars, Nutrition Masters self-development program, Vital Leader program, quarterly pulse check with manager.
